I had to get my address changed today, it's very simple if you're not registered.

Registering really only takes a minute or two, you fill out the form at home, hand it to your city clerk or drop it in the mail and you're finished.

I'm registered, 100% with a reciept for the form I filled out for this address but I never got a card! I can't forsee reaching the Secretary of State before the deadline... am I totally fucked?

I'm not sure, I've never voted before. I would think that if it says you are registered then you should be fine just showing up with some sort of ID. I would double check this though.
